SHIPPING + RETURNS
We deliver your art as soon as is humanly possible. Items such as a simple poster in stock may be shipped the same day, but others may need to go to our printers - this especially includes artworks such as aluminium or custom need special printing and may take around up to two weeks to get to you.
Please advise us if you have a deadline and we'll do our best to help.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Ideally, we hope you would contact us in the first instance to discuss any problem and how we can make everything good for you.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your artwork/item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unless damaged, we cannot accept returns for Aluminium Artworks.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you immediately on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping back to us
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
