Central Network [Classic Edition] | Details & Features
The ski world reimagined with its own Underground network.
The Central Network was the artwork from which the Frozen Underground grew: an imaginary transport system in which the stations are ski resorts and the routes travel through a world of mountains, snow and après-ski.
Its lines may appear hauntingly familiar, but look more closely and they have been transformed. Peaks rise through the network, gondolas climb the mountainsides, and skiers and snowboarders travel between resorts from across the world.
However, skiing never stands still, and neither does the Frozen Underground: those Yetis clearly have been busy this year, as the latest edition of this iconic Frozen Underground artwork sees 27 new stations opening to connect even more of the world’s great ski destinations. From famous Alpine resorts to far-flung winter outposts, the map is designed as a playful, detailed journey through skiing culture, travelling along routes including the Après-Ski and Le Vin Chaud lines - something to recognise, remember, explore and talk about.
