WhAT COUNTRIES do you deliver TO?
We’re based in the UK, but we ship worldwide! We deliver across the EU, the rest of Europe, the USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, and beyond. If you're unsure whether we can ship to your location, just get in touch, and we’ll be happy to help.
HOW loNg DOES DELIVERY/SHIPPING TAKE?
For the UK: the small A3 artworks are usually delivered within a few days after ordering, as we have them ready to go at Frozen Underground HQ. Larger artworks (e.g. 70x50 posters) are delivered in around a week, while the aluminiums take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
For Europe and beyond: you can expect shipping to take up to 2 weeks for any size of artwork.
Plus, all artworks are sent out with tracking.

We will always try our very best to get artworks to you in time for birthdays or other special events! Just leave a note in when you order (there's a section at checkout) and we'll let you know the available options.
CAN I ORDER AN ARTWORK IN A DIFFERENT SIZE OR ON A DIFFERENT MATERIAL?
Yes! The sizes available on our website are carefully chosen to be practical and visually balanced for our designs. However, we can create prints in almost any size to suit your space. In addition to high-quality art paper, we can also print on canvas, metal, or other materials. If you have specific size or material requirements, just contact us—we’d be happy to help!
HOW DO I LET YOU KNOW WHAT I WOULD LIKE ON A CUSTOMISED ARTWORK?
Please use the CUSTOM ART FORM on the Custom Art page. We will then contact you to confirm the pricing, check everything during the design process, and send proofs before the final print.
HOW MUCH DOES A CUSTOMISED ARTWORK COST?
Costs vary depending on the size and material used, but as a guide, prices start at £195 for a customised version of the Network Map as a 70cm x 50cm art poster and £350 for an Aluminium direct-print 80cm x 60cm Art. CAN YOU CREATE A CUSTOM MAP OR ARTWORK FOR A RESORT THAT ISN’T LISTED ON YOUR SITE?
Yes, we can design anything! 😊 If you’re looking for a custom map of a resort not currently available on our site, we’d love to bring your vision to life. Due to the complexity and time involved in designing new maps or artworks from scratch, pricing starts at £1200. Get in touch with us to discuss your ideas!
CAN I SUGGEST A NEW ARTWORK FOR THE FROZEN UNDERGROUND COLLECTION?
The Frozen Underground is all about reimagining ski culture with a unique twist, and we’re always open to suggestions for new locations, designs, or creative concepts.
